Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day workover/well service operation activities of rig contractor personnel and business partners to execute the approved well program in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure well program execution as per applicable standards/requirements
- Identify potential deviation and ensure all required processes are followed prior to continue the operation
- Working in a team environment to ensure the safety of all personnel on location and compliance with all applicable regulations
- Provide accurate daily reports and cost controls
Job requirements :
- Have combination of experience in PSC at the minimum 4 years
- Experience minimum 2 years in drilling & workover operations or related services supporting Drilling & Completions

- Support execution of project safety plan
- Support Execution of applicable OE Plans at work site related to safety
- Interprets and develops guidance on corporate standardized processes to operations, maintenance and other OE/HES customers
- Reviews existing operations and designs to ensure equipment layout
- Addresses human engineering issues, workforce safety and fire protection issues
- Participates on local workforce safety audits and review teams of field project activities, including site workers and Leadership Team members on the audit team
- Support and participate in all HAZID, HAZOP and various project technical reviews which require HES input
- Evaluates workforce safety plans incorporating standard safety.

- Demonstrates field experience and proficiency in Maintenance of mechanical and rotating equipment at O&M level
- Demonstrates a working understanding of local regulations, API Standards, and Reliability Processes
- Lead contractors and less experienced company employees to perform corrective maintenance/repairs on mechanical and rotating equipment utilized in the production process
- Updates CMMS equipment list as applicable and coordinates Maintenance schedule with Maintenance Scheduler
- Develops equipment spares inventory list, secures and maintains adequate level of consumables and spares for facility mechanical and rotating equipment
- Recommends ROP/ROQ levels where appropriate Monitors vibration levels for all rotating machinery. Establish baselines and trends to provide recommendations for corrective action. Consults with PdM/Reliability Analyst before and after scheduled routes are run to communicate issues and findings
- Utilizes PdM technologies and MOC process in an effective manner
- Maintenance Liason to supports MCP’s, demonstrates understanding of the OA process and is actionable for applicable Focus Items deliverables
- Reviews project documents (GA, P&ID, BFD, Specifications, Spare Parts Lists, etc) and provide ORM feedback to appropriate Responsible Discipline Engineer
